AppLocale Utility 1.0

AppLocale Utility is a tool that converts applications designed in non-unicode mode to unicode applications by emulating the necessary environment, changing the type of language. This way you will be able to use applications that otherwise would not perform properly or you would not be able to run them.

For this program to work, it must be configured by the network administrator, since only he has the necessary permissions to allow the necessary changes in the system. In addition the system must be rebotable.
